Top Film & Television Apps on iOS in Peru: Q1 2025 Performance

In the first quarter of 2025, the top film and television applications on the iOS platform in Peru showed varied performance trends. Here's a closer look at the metrics for each app, based on data from Sensor Tower.

Netflix saw a fluctuating trend in weekly revenue, peaking at around $3.8K in late February. Downloads showed a decline over the quarter, starting at approximately 19K and decreasing to about 5.7K by the end of March. Active users also displayed a downward trend, decreasing from around 244K to 171K.

Disney+ experienced a significant rise in downloads mid-quarter, reaching over 12K in early March. Revenue peaked at about $55K in late February, with a subsequent decline. Active users increased to around 164K in March, showcasing a strong user engagement.

HBO Max: Stream Movies & TV maintained a steady revenue stream, peaking at $65K at the start of the quarter and ending at approximately $49K. Downloads peaked at 7.1K in late February, while active users showed a recovery towards the end of the quarter, reaching about 102K.

Magic - TV Magis EventManager had a notable increase in downloads, peaking at over 5.1K in March. Active users also showed a consistent upward trend, ending the quarter with approximately 17K users.

Amazon Prime Video saw a peak in revenue at the beginning of March, reaching around $41K. Downloads started strong at 7.3K but declined over the quarter. Active users exhibited a recovery in March, peaking at about 41K.
